We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to become a key player in our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage APAC regional sales to meet agreed targets in line with the company’s strategic sales plan.
• Execute all sales processes and ensure compliance with company systems.
• Take charge of direct product sales and provide support to indirect sales channels when necessary.
• Maintain accurate sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools.
• Represent the company at trade shows and exhibitions.
• Effectively demonstrate our products to potential customers.
• Stay informed on industry trends, product features, and competitor offerings.
• Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights.
• Identify potential market growth areas.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, industry partners, and distribution channels.
• Collaborate with sales team members and key business leaders to achieve goals.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

Education:

Undergraduate degree in marketing, sales, or a related business discipline, or equivalent combination of relevant experience and qualifications in a related field.

Professional Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in selling telematics or closely related products into industries that hold large fleets of transportation.
• Proven track record of winning large accounts and delivering on sales targets.
• Experience with complex sales cycles and business-to-business sales to senior buyers (Director/CFO/COO).
• Familiarity with market dynamics, key players, and purchasing behaviors.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency in documenting activities within a CRM.
